I've been with Louiville Rd Mini Storage for several yrs now and the owner is a great guy who really cares about his tenants. I have never had to worry about my belongings in fact he has actually went out of his way to make sure my unit has stayed protected when I have forgotten to lock it.

I have rented a unit here several times, and each time I was met with professionalism, and kindness. Even when I hit hard times and had issues making my rent for the month, the staff was extremely understanding, empathetic to my situation and worked with me to make sure I didn't lose my property. They could have just sold my belongings off but rather they helped me when I needed it most. Roy I've come to know you by renting from you several times and working with you over the years.. Thanks for being such good people !!

Hands down best customer service you could imagine for a storage facility. Roy is a good guy who takes care of, and works with anyone renting a unit from him. I would give this facility 5 more stars if I could.

We have rented from Roy twice now and we have no bad things to say! He is wonderful and his units feel very secure and they are always spotless! We have never had issues with bugs or mice. He is also the absolute best price in town! We send everyone over here!
