Rent is due on the monthly anniversary of rental. Ten days after rent is due, if unpaid, a late fee of $10 will be assessed and unit will be double locked until paid. When rent is late ten days, we will mail late notices to the address on your account or email you if email address is provided. If moving out, rent will be prorated up to ten days after the monthly anniversary. However, after ten days, a full month’s rent is due as well as a $10 late fee.
Minimum rental period is one whole month of rent paid in advance. A $10.00 deposit ($30 deposit for 12X33’s and $20 deposit for 10X30’s) is required to ensure that your unit is left clean and will be refunded upon moving out if unit is clean and lock is removed. Please notify us at that time. No advance notice is required.
You must provide your own insurance. We do not insure your property. Often, renter’s or your home owner’s insurance will cover your stored items if you notify your insurance carrier that you have them stored here.
You may create an account and log in through the website to pay your rent with your credit card. Your receipt will immediately be emailed to you at email provided. You may also reserve a unit online. Auto pay is available!
